Return Policy

You can CANCEL a transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS* from the date of the transaction.

If you decide to cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.

If you cancel, you must make available to the Instructor any items delivered to you under this sale in as good a condition as when you received them. Within 20 days, your Instructor must either pick up the items left with you, or reimburse you for mailing expenses if you agree to send the items back. If you fail to make items available to your Instructor, or if you agree to return the items but fail to do so, you remain obligated under the terms of this contract.

To cancel this purchase, please mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of the Notice of Cancellation or any other written notice to the independent Kiwi Lane Instructor whose name appears on the front side of your order form NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT of the third business day* after the date of your purchase.

*Customers residing in Alaska have FIVE BUSINESS DAYS within which to cancel this transaction. Buyers age 65 or older who reside in North Dakota have 15 BUSINESS DAYS within which to cancel orders for products with a purchase price greater than $50.


We guarantee products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days after the shipping date. (Designer Templates may vary slightly in size from the images shown in this catalog, and this shall not be deemed a manufacturing defect). Missing items, incorrect shipments, and defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to your Instructor within 90 days of the shipping date to obtain a replacement. This guarantee does not cover merchandise damaged through accident or misuse. If you should require assistance, or have questions, please contact your Instructor.
*Kiwi Lane reserves the right to substitute merchandise of similar quality and value for items that are discontinued or out of stock.


All Kiwi Lane products may only be purchased through a Kiwi Lane Instructor. Instructors are independent contractors and are not employees of Kiwi Lane. Your Instructor will provide you with a copy of your order. Please remember to retain this copy for your personal records.


The Following information describes the different shipping options available to you. Shipping times are determined from the date the order is received from the Instructor at the offices of Kiwi Lane Designs. Please allow up to 2 Business Days for order processing, in addition to the estimated shipping times shown below. Weekends and Holidays are not counted as business days. Kiwi Lane shall not be liable for any delay in shipment that is caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond Kiwi Lane’s control.

Standard Shipping – (10-14 business days)

Orders of $0-$35 = $5.00 flat fee.
Orders $35 or more – FREE Standard Shipping

Expedited Shipping

Standard Shipping can take up to 14 days to arrive (typically 5-10 business days), depending on your destination. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please be sure to select an expedited shipping option. These types of orders will ship via USPS or UPS, and the cost will be calculated when you place the order.

Expedited shipping options will be applied to entire orders, not to partial orders. That is, either the entire order is expedited, or the entire order is shipped normally. This option must be chosen and paid for when the order is placed and cannot be changed. This service is available year-round without exception.

New, unused merchandise may be exchanged at no charge within 30 days of the shipping date. (You will need to pay for the shipping charge to return the merchandise to Kiwi Lane) The merchandise must be in the current catalog and in original shipping condition. All exchanges need to include the Original Packing Slip, and a completed and signed Exchange Order Form. Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds. If you require assistance, please contact your Instructor.


Kiwi Lane designs are protected by federal trademark and copyright registrations. Permission is not granted to mechanically reproduce template designs or images. Purchasers of Kiwi Lane products are authorized to sell completed hand-made artwork made with our copyrighted designs only in accordance with Kiwi Lane’s angel policy, a copy of which can be found on our website, or obtained from a Kiwi Lane Instructor.
